best camera to get Can't Post

Alright, im basically an independent film maker, im looking for the best DV type camera to go into making films with..
so far ive looked at the
Panasonic AGDVC-30
It looks good..I like the xtr moniter.. looks like it would be good for documenteries but im not sure exactly how good it is.. can anyone break down the specs for me?
and the Panasonic AG-DVX100A 3-CCD 24p
a little bit more money, but what do you guys think of it?
whats the best buy and best overall for making short films/documentaries/editing etc..
any other cameras, let me know
thanks
- Loren
