final cut pro Can't Post

hello,
can anyone offer me some advice/help i have been posting all over the place inorder to find the answer to my big problem......
i am currently trying to export to video, from fcp to my dcr pc110e, but for th elast week have not been able to do this...for when i go to press record on the camera i get a message in the lcd window saying no memory stick or memory stick full.. (but i am not recording to memory stick), and when i have th ememory stick in i then a message saying audio error, but my film at the moment has no audio,...i know its able to work as i have managed to export a movie from imovie...can anyone out there help........

It sounds like to me you have issues with you camera. Other potentials could be that your firewire cable is bad, or you don't have your camera on the right settings. Have you outputted to this camera from Final Cut before? Does your camera have a photo setting that enables it to record to the memory disk and a seperate video setting that tells the camera to record to videotape? If so, make sure the setting is for video tape. Also, make sure your camera is set to VTR/ not camera. I know some of these suggestions seem elementary, but I recently had a client call me to ask about a problem similar to this and he had his camera in camera mode versus VTR mode. Anyway, I hope that helps.

Hey, are you sure you're using the firewire port and not the USB port?
