looking for guidelines for shooting script Can't Post

I am about to shoot my first shortfilm(It'll be done with two mini-DV cameras) Nevertheless..I am not sure about how to convey the original script to a shooting script in order for the crew to understand what kind of shots I am looking for. We are shooting it outdoors without a monitor. Do you have any guidelines?

: Go pick up a screenplay of a movie you have already seen at Barns&Nobles. When reading it pay close attention to how they wrote out the "action". To get a better understanding on writing a shooting script buy the book "The Understructure of Writing for Film & Television" (also available at Barnes&Nobles). You really should think twice about shooting without a monitor. Make sure you frame your shots with head room etc.. because alot of NTSC monitors will crop some of your footage off (you will find that out in post.).

Nowadays it's much easier to shoot on video because you can have a quick look at the shot , with all these monitors on cameras.
First of all you've got to group your shots in location and actors zones. Let me explain: you must first lift each shoot of that particular location and group these shots to that location. This will be good also for actors or characters, pick each actor's scene and group them together, this will help and speeds your filming progress.
I will be happy if you can answer me directly,
best regards,
Tony (New Vision)
