problem with crew Can't Post
I am the Producer & Director of a show on Community Access TV my host and i had a falling out she demand all tapes she host and co-produced we did not sign a Contract or Releace form . Who has tha rights to all tapes.?

Its probably best that you bite the bullet and consult a lawyer for this one.
Here are some suggestions, but they are only that...use your best judgement.
I think that without proper contracts and releases in place, both of you should forget about ever airing the show.
If you have possession of the tapes, then bring ALL of them to your lawyer and ask that they be held in trust. Have your lawyer write up a set of contract/release papers and bring them to her to review. You might go back and forth with this a few times until you reach an agreement...show your willingness to comprimise as it will only work to your advantage.
Do not allow the tapes to be released until things are worked out in writing.

You probably own the footage. But if she was on-camera talent and did not sign a talent release, you can't exhibit her image for money...so she's got you in a box, unless you can prove that she received compensation for her on-camera appearance. I agree with SMG that this is one for your lawyers to thrash out.
