video production company seeking music composer/sound designer Can't Post

Our staff composer/sound designer/editor just turned in his two week notice. He's going to work for video gaming company. We need to replace him.
We are a full service video/film production company located in the Raleigh/Durham North Carolina area. We are seeking an experienced music composer/audio designer. Our state of the art audio suite consists of a Pro-Tools system. Must have experience writing and composing music, recording and mixing narration and be able to work under deadline pressure. Experience mixing full television and broadcast programs a plus. Some field audio recording work is required, however the bulk of this job is in the studio. We also feature four complete music libraries in addition to a sfx library. Check out our company at www.horizonvp.com to see if this is a company that you'd like to join. Sorry, but no beginners need apply.
Send your resume to jim@horizonvp.com.

I do appreciate your offer, however I usually don't simply slap some theme music on a video and call it done. Our requirements are that the composer create or edit the music to match the mood and pace of the video, adding any sfx along the way and mixing the audio to match the content. Oftimes our composer will use "canned" music but he/she may edit it, add to it or otherwise adjust the music to fit the video.
We also require an in-house person as our edit suite is linked directly to the audio suite and the editor and composer can work together. This makes final mixing/tweaking much easier.
