I recently attended DSE's HDV Tour, and if memory serves, go with 1440x1080 pixels and set pixel aspect to 1.33

Jeff has it exactly right. 1440 x 1080, and use pixel aspect of 1.333
1440 x 1.333=1920 (1919.52)
