It can be easily done with tmpgenc. Here is a procedure,
http://www.sportsflashtech.com/video/deshake.htm
go to step 1.,
"must have video in .avi uncompressed format for VirtualDub"

The size of these uncompressed files are truly staggering.
About 80Gbyte for 30 minutes.
Perhaps no practical workflow can be built with them on a PC.

For a Mac solution, you can try this free program. It is
called MPEGStreamClip.
