A 25Gb disc should be all you need.

I just completed a Blu-ray disk a couple of days ago which has an 80 minute piece plus a 12 minute and another 3 minute clip appearing in the menu as three separate selections. The transcoding was at 30mbp/s VBR and only took 18GB of disk space using MPEG-2 to Blu-ray which is disk hoggish but transcodes out FAST.

You will have no trouble at all fiting your piece onto a single Blu-ray disk. If there were any question about disk space you could transcode out to H.264 to save a few bytes.

Incidentally, I was not aware that double layer Blu-ray blanks are available. Much less, I was also not aware that there were any Blu-ray burners available yet to burn double-layer disks.
