I use the Hoodman wipes that came with my hoodman, but they're basically just an alcohol based cleaning tissue. In other moments, I've sprayed Windex onto a soft moist rag and wiped the LCD. I don't think I'd want to put straight Windex on the rag...

To get finger prints off, I have layed a peice of scotch tape over the print and lifted it off that way.

From cam lens, lcd, tft monitors, to my new 17" laptop this is the only thing I trust when it comes to cleaning: A 3M cloth ( Microfiber Notebook Computer Cleaning Cloth) its like a mini towel.
