The tour kicked off in Denver and will move on to: Dallas (Sept. 22-24), Minneapolis (Sept. 29-Oct. 1), Chicago (Oct. 5-6), New York (Oct. 10-15), Washington (Oct. 20-22), Philadelphia (Oct. 26-28), Richmond, Va. (Nov. 2-4), Los Angeles (Nov. 15-17), Seattle (Nov. 24-28) and San Francisco (Dec. 6-10)."
