What is the best method to convert windows media player audio files (.wma) to aiff or mp3?

I think your best bet is Flip4Mac. I didn't have a .wma to test with, so I tried a .wmv and it let me export the aiff.

Check out the website (www.flip4mac.com) to confirm the conversion you want.
