AV synch problem	Can't Post

I am having problems with audio-video synch when capturing in Premiere 5.1c. I am using a DV camcorder connected to an Orange Micro Firewire/USB card on a Power Computing system. No matter what I do the audio and video start out close and then quickly get out of synch. Any ideas?
