Capturing still frames from EditDV? Can't Post

I can do a screen capture of the monitor window to get a still
frame from EditDV for use in Photoshop, but this is not a full
size frame. Is there a better way to get a still full size video
frame from EditDV?
Thanks
Hal

Hal,
The only way I know of is through "PhotoDV" which lives as a plug-in in Photoshop. I had a shot of clouds which I had time-lapsed in EditDV. About 3 or 4 frames had a black spot where a bug had landed on the lens then flown away again. I printed the shot to tape then re-captured those frames into Photoshop from the tape. Using the rubber stamp tool, I painted out the black spot on each frame then imported those frames back into EditDV and replaced the bad ones. When you play it back it is impossible to tell anything had been done.
