Carpal Tunnel and FCP Can't Post

Does anyone know if there is a keyboard shortcut to load clips into the viewer in FCP? I'm editing a huge 4 day shoot (corp. job) shot in HDV w/the Z1U's which upon capture, creates a new clip each time you start/stop recording. What a pain! My wrist is about to fall off...

The first thing that you need to do is in the log and capture window, go to the "clip settings" tab and uncheck " Create new clip on start/stop.
Then go to Tools> Keyboard layout > Customize and look in there. All of the keyboard short cuts are in there.

Mike is correct. Also, if you click once to highlight a clip, hit the Enter key to load it into the Viewer. Or just hit F10 to bypass the Viewer and drop it directly into the Timeline.
