Choppy DV Premeire 5.1c Canon Ultura Can't Post

Ok, here's the problem. Due to lack of hard drive space, I have exported the edited video as a DV stream, deleted my source footage, and reimpoted it back into Premiere. But when I go to export it to my Canon Ultura, the frame rate is choppy, even on the camcorder's LCD screen! It plays just great in the Quicktime Player, but not in Adobe Premiere! Is there any other way to export this video to my camcorder at full frame rate? I have a G4/450 with 256 MB of RAM. Thank you for any help.
