: Doesn't iMovie already have some preset file formats for compressing video to upload to the web? : If you want to store videos that only will be seen on your computer screen, the QuickTime 4 Pro upgrade will be a good choice. ($30) Use sorenson or H.263 for video, and Q-Design Music for audio. : If you want to store video to be used in other video projects and put on TV, don't recompress the files. Just save them on the CD in the format that they imported as. Such files probably won't play smoothly off of a CD, but when you copy them back to your hard drive, they will be fine. Allen, The one video I downloaded into my iMac used 2.5G. How can I put that on a CD to view on my T.V.? I suppose I could always mirror onto my T.V. Thanks,
