Converting FCP file to flash question Can't Post

What is the best practice for posting a video sample to the web out final cut pro?

Should I export to an flv if I have a flash website or export .mov and let flash convert it?
Or should I try to use native .mov file on the web?

We are seeng that the best picture is .mov but, I'd really love to have the file exist as flash on my site.

I would suggest exporting a QT (high res) movie from Quicktime and render your QT file as .flv file using Flix or Flix Pro from ON2 (the ldevelopers and icense holders of the flash codec). You will get better results from Flix then Flash itself.

VisualHub is another great program. I used to use squeeze, but visual hub gets better results MUCH faster!
