Cross-platform data CD? Can't Post

I'm working on a project which involves putting some PDF files on a CD for delivery to brides and would appreciate any advice on the best way to present this content for viewing on Macs. I understand Mac OS X doesn't support Autorun for security reasons but I'd like to have some sort of menu screen linking to the files, rather than just presenting the documents via the file manager. I figure I could put an HTML file at the top of the document list and name it something like "click me", but is there another better way to handle this? Any thoughts on this subject welcome...
