DVD frame rendering size ?? Can't Post

Do any of you smarty pants know what frame size I have to render to end up mastering to DVD ?? I was told it might be 720x480 or something very close to that. As you can probably tell, this is my first cartoon. (Bryce&Poser > Premiere > After Effects> ??) Any related advice whould be more than welcome.(Sorry about the "smarty pants" thing.)
