DV card for Mac? Can't Post

I need a card that can export DV from my powerMac 4400 as cheap as possible. Any ideas?

Re: DV card for Mac? Can't Post

Magnus
I am not real familiar with the 4400, but if it can accept PCI cards, then I recommend the MotoDV from Radius/Digital Origin.
There are cheaper cards (Orange Micro for example) but when I was looking for a card, I posted a similar question and got a respons from a gentleman (sorry, cannot remember his name) and he indicated that he sold his orange micro card and bought the motodv card instead. I have since bought the motodv card ($310 - online, search cnet.com) and have plugged it in to my G3-266. I shuttle digital video in and out via a Sony 7000 Digital Cam Corder and it works great as long as I keep the drives clean and defragmented.
I am using the motodv with the demo version of Premiere that comes with the card and it works pretty decently. I get an occasional lock up but it is the demo version.
Hope this helps and if you have other questions, please feel free to e-mail me directly.
