Exporting from Keynote to FCP

I don't have a whole lot of experience doing this and this is my first HD project and was looking for some insight if anyone had any. The video was shot in 24p mode with Canon A1'a, the keynote slides have SD video clips embedded in them and the whole project will be downsized to SD anyway. So my question is what setting should I export from Keynote using? Here is a screen grab of my options. Thanks for any help:
