FCP - shaky line at top and/or bottom Can't Post

I am editing an actor demo video - the film was taken on an FX1 in 1080i (widescreen), and when I captured the video into FCP I also made sure the settings were set at 1080i and HD. So I am so confused...

I don't have a frame capture to show you, but in certain clips (now that I have de-interlaced and flicker filtered the entire thing it seemed to allieviate some of the blips) it will have a white line at the top or bottom (or sometimes both) of the frame that jumps about, it flicks and blips. Does that make sense?

Then I opened up my project for a wedding I'm editing and found to have the same exact problem. What the heck is causing this and how in the world can I remedy it? Is it a camera issue or is it a FCP issue? Any help would be appreciated! (This is all a big fat learning experience, so thanks to all the veterans!)

It's normal for interlace video to do that, don't worry, it won't show up when played on a TV screen.
