G-3 and Premiere 5.1 or Edit tv? Can't Post

Just bought a new g3 400 and days away from a promax bundle with premiere 5.1 but some people are saying edit tv is better. I am editing vx1000 footage 1 hour documentaries. suggestions

I've had my promax setup for a couple months now and have no complaints. Premiere is a great editor, and I'm still finding little cool things it will do. Don't know much about Edit TV, but I'm happy with Premiere. I'm assuming the bundle you're getting comes with Boris FX...that's also a great bit of software
