How many PCI Express cards are in the Intel Mac Pro? Can't Post

Does anyone know how many PCI Express cards can be installed in the Intel Based MacPro? I'm assuming my video card is using one of them, and I still need to install a Black Magic Card and a controller from an external ESata connection.

Wait, I found it in the book. Amazing huh? It says:

Your Mac Pro has one double-wide PCI Express graphic slot and three PCI Express expansion slots, for a total of four slots. These slots accommodate PCI Express graphics cards and expansion cards.

It can get a bit tricky whn it comes to bus speeds etc. For mine I had to put my esata card in Bus 4, and the AJA card in Bus 3, and then set some system setting for optimum performance. than the lord it was all on Cal Digits site. You would be making a big mistake to not at least check out AJA's offering for your setup. I have no issues with my card working, and configuration of the card is a breeze for different editing environments. My buddy with the BMD card does not have it nearly as easy. He fights it every time he switches anything.

there is a configuration utility that allows you to configure the speeds of you PCIe Slots in your mac pro. They are not all full speed slots. see this FAQ article over at caldigits site http://www.caldigit.com/faq.asp#PCIeSlot
