I need a mac video card but don't know where to get it	Can't Post

I have one of the new 450 g4's. I would like to put a video card in it. I don't want a USB solution. I do want the ability to both put in from (capture) and export to a vcr, this is a must. I have contacted the macwharehouse, macmall, and the ati site and they all seem to know more less then me.
Please help me find a good video card

How about ATI XCLAIM VR 128 ?.
Mac Warehouse catalog has it for $169 after $30 rebate.

Try a DV camcorder [In reply to]	Can't Post

You could get a DV camcorder and connect it Mac-to-DV-to-VCR. DV camcorders can be had for $799 or less these days. (Check compatability though, particularly getting video out of the computer and into the camera.)
There used to be more video/multimedia boards that supported analoge video in/out, but the firewire port has cut into that market. The Miro DC 30 plus is still around for $799, but I don't know if they ever fixed the sound sync problems. (They always said that they did, but they didn't.)
