Mac, Rapidweaver and Flash video Can't Post

Has anyone tried this combo? I'm really really really new at webdesign. I hate it, I don't understand it, yet I have to do it. Thanks to iWeb I got something up and running, but I'd like to post some flash videos and customize the pages a little more, so iWeb won't work. I thought Rapidweaver sounded like my kind of application (easy enough to figure it out in a day, and customizable enough to look and function to my needs). My only question is can you include flash videos in Rapidweaver-made pages? If anyone has an example, I'd love to see it.

Thanks

I use RapidWeaver for throwing together quick websites. It works ok but you really need the Blocks plugin for a little more flexibility. Here's some flash videos embedded in a RapidWeaver generated site.

Thanks. That was exactly what I was looking for.
