Mac OS 8.6	Can't Post

I am trying to get my hands on OS 8.6 this operating system seem to be the choice of premere and my capture card. I have tried to call all of the catalogs like mac mall mac w house and so on can anyone give me a clue on where to go. Apple says they dont have it that i can buy 8.5 and then download 8.6 this is a joke. Please point me in the right dir.
