PCI-CARD for expansion IDE disks???? Can't Post

I've ordered a new 40Gb disk for my G4. Do I need a card in order to install it? I saw this suggested on another post....if true, it's news to me!

Michael,
The stock G4 has an ATA bus for 2 hard drives. If you are installing the new 40Gb drive into the second slot, all you need to do is connect it to the existing bus. The cable connecting the startup disk has a connector for the second drive. If this is a third or fourth drive, you will need a PCI card to drive the second bus.
