Also, make sure you select the .psd file format in options if your a Photoshop user. Makes things easier.

Is there a way to export it with aspect correction so I don't have ot manually do it in Photoshop?

Glen, I don't believe that you can. I really do not like the way FCP handles the exporting of frames. If you have a lot of frames to export it's a very cumbersome process. But what I did was make an action in Photoshop and assigned it to a Function key to properly scale stills.

They should incorporate the way Vegas saves stills. Theres a button right near the canvas window that will save the previous frame AND automatically apply aspect correction for the non-square to square pixel conversion. Simply brilliant.

There is an easy method with FCP if you have lots of frame stills to export. Put them all in their own Bin in the Browser, and name them appropriatly. When you're ready to export them all, use the Batch Export feature. Very flexible, very powerful. If you're not familiar with Batch Export, it's very worth learning. It's one of the first things I cover in my Intro FCP classes.

Terry T..... you know you can ALWAYS CALL ME at ANY TIME OF THE DAY for FCP help!! Consider me your very own FCP assistant (of course if you have a q. about scripting or anything that involves math, I'm out!)
