Umax Supermac J700 for Dv editing Can't Post

I am soliciting a comment from the community.
I have a Umax Supermac J700 that has been upgraded with a Sonnet G3 250 Mhz. I have bought a Western Digital firewire that comes with Adobe Premier LE.
I have 2 gig SCSI hard drive and thinking about adding a Promax card and IDE hard drive.
What kind of HD should I buy, Ultra DMA 66, 33 ?.
Do you have comment on this set-up ?
Do I have enough muscle with only a 250 MHz G3 ?.
Thanks.
