Re: HELP!! Ram Upgrade Can't Post

PC-100 just means it will work on 100MHz board and the speed should be faster or equal to 8ns.
I put PC-100, unbuffered, non-ECC SDRAM (what most PC uses)
to my G4 and it works great and save me a LOT of money
A good place to shop for PC-100 SDRAM is www.pricewatch.com
It lists a lot of shops that sell PC component.
Beware of a lot of stores that makes a lot of profit on Shipping fee. TO ship a piece of RAM from East coast to West coast should not be more than $5 or $6 and to ship 2 at the same time should be the same price. A lot of companies charge $20 to ship 1 and $40 to ship 2. Don't shop there!!!
