FWIW:
stumbled across a new (to me, anyway) site yeserday. fair amount
of useful information.

will try to include this in the "optional link" option below.
also, promax will have a dvd writer 1st quarter 2000! also
promise to have a "real-time" card. don't know if SCSI drives
are required for either/both. "believe" the dvd drive will
be ram/rom read/write and read CDs as well.
