video out for PM 7500 Can't Post

I have a PowerMac 7500 with a 604e/233 processor and 1MB L2 cache. I've done some basic home video editing with Avid, and would like to now copy it to VHS. I'm having a bear of a time finding a video out card for my computer. Any ideas/suggestions? Please help!

: I also have a PowerMac 7500 with a 604e/100 processor . I've done some video editing, and would like to now copy it to VHS. I'm having a bear of a time finding out if I need a card to output to film. I have video in and out ports on the back of my mac... but I'm not sure if the card I have will enable me to print to film. Capturing doesn't seem to be a problem... and I've tried to get it back on tape. Was there a standard video card that came with the 7500 computers.... and can it be used to export footage to tape?
