ANYBODY IN A L.L.C.? QUESTIONS. Can't Post

My wife and are starting our videography company and have decided to go into a LLC to protect our other business..rentals. For anyone who is in an L.L.C. do you know when you have to advertise that you are a LLC. For example, on our videos, do we have to put Fam Films LLC presents as a title? Do you we have to put it on our business cards? The thing that doesn't look attractive is the llc initials after everything. Does anyone know how and where and when we have to print LLC after our name? Anything would help. Thanks.........aaron

It is a matter of state law what is required. Check with your attorney or Sec of State.

As i understand it, you are not obligated to use "Inc." or "LLC" in your
advertising. You ARE required to use it anywhere in your correspondence
when you are representing your company. My attorney told me to have
our corporate name (for instance, "Skyward Productions, Inc.") on our
letterhead, which we used for company bizness -i.e. contracts, proposals,
purchase orders, etc. And of course, any business letter we signed had
a signature block like this:

Respectfully submitted,
SKYWARD PRODUCTIONS, INC>

Again -I'm not a lawyer. This can't be construed as legal advice. :)
