Charging Fees Can't Post

I'm just getting started in videography and I've been asked to do an instructional tape. What would be a fair price to charge customers? It will be quite unvolved. Length of the tape will be in the neighborhood of 30 min. Also do prices differ as to what kind of video it is. What kind of contact should I write out?
Thanks for your time. Any help will be appreciated.

It seems 50 bucks an hour is a good fee for a one man crew,
though I don't know what kind of equipment you're using.
If you're hiring people, you're on your own.
Money makes people (clients) very efficient when working with
you on a project, especially on an hourly basis (though a rough
price cap should be set). They always know that the meter is
running... This always speeds up the process.
