Checklist for first visit with a corp customer Can't Post

Good evening everyone,

I have just been doing editing for quite some time now. I have agreed to help some folks with a 10-15 corporate video for their annual convention. I have the first meeting tomorrow and was wondering if anyone had a process checklist.

Who is our audience?
What is it you want to communicate?

That kind of thing.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I can catch a link or drop me a line at jasonec@gmail.com

appreciate it.

Jason

How much coverage do you want?
What events/speakers/venues, etc.?
Do you want coverage of the planning and preparation stages?
A statement by the boss?
How soon do you need it?
Who has approval authority on the edited video?
How many copies do you want?
What is your budget?
