Costs Can't Post

Does anyone know where I can find a list of costs to get a rough idea of film budgeting? Something in terms of a short film, around 10-15 minutes. Things like equipment rentals, Lab Processing, crew and so on.

There is an excellent book by Bret Stern that you would do well to read. It's called "How To Shoot a Feature Film For Under $10,000", you can find it new and used at Amazon and also quite easily on eBay. I actually have two copies, so I'd be glad to sell you one as well.
