Jack,
If this message is not too late, I would suggest you write something very
simple agreeing to what you will shoot, with what equipment will be used
and a part about how the profits will be divided. When I shot my daughter's
circus event, we had no contract. It was just a verbal agreement.
But if you have a wedding contract, you can basically write it the same
way.
If you have more time to develop one this weekend, write me and
I'll e-mail or fax you what I use.

: I was hoping that someone would be able to help me. My daughters dance teacher asked me if I would be interested in shooting a dance recital in June. I have confidence that I can pull it off. My dilema here is that I need to get a contract to her by this Friday or I loose the deal altogether. I do not know if Iam off base here but, could someone possibly send me one of their contracts for dance recitals or leads as to where I can go to obtain information to write one up.
