Disclaimer for training video Can't Post

I am designing a training video for networking that I am hoping to distribute to companies and schools. However, I am concerned about liability. Do any of you have any ideas about liability if the technology changes and the video is no longer accurate? For instance, if someone 2 years down the line (a long time in computer years) implements the training information and it has negative effects, how do I limit my liability?

Currently I am looking at something like this (names have been changed to protect...well....Me):

Blah-blah Networks, the Blah-blah logo, A, B, and C series, and Blah are trademarks
of Blah-blah Networks, Inc.
This training video is an independent production. "My" Videography is soley responsible
for its contents. This video is designed for informational purposes only.
"My" Videography and its affialites are not responsible for consequences of
implementing the information in this training video in a production or training environment.
Bling-bling, Bling-bling Netowrks, and the Bling-bling logo are tradmearks of Bling-bling Systems Inc.

I don't feel that it is "complete" though. Have any of you dealt with this type of project?

This is training on software? I wouldn't use a disclaimer like that, just use the version of the software in your piece's title: "Learn to Use Sony Veggies 7.0d.1.6 Like a Pro".

Same deal for technology, if it bears a name/number: "SuperbVideo Presents Certification Training for WiFi 802.11a/b/g".

The way you've got it worded, I'd be afraid to show it to my employees.

Thanks Doug...I appreciate your input. I haven't done a project like this and am playing with the script/idea.
