Errors & Omission Insurance questions & Our rights to leased access

I have an outdoor show on a local leased access cable channel and want to go into another city that is served by a different company.
When the leased access folks in the new city sent me a "Kit" I found out I needed Errors & Omission Insurance.
Its odd but The UPN channel I'M with and the current cable company that I'm with don't require E & M. Both are large national companies and the cable companies leased access channel is almost full.
The company in the city that I want to expand into is large too, but requires E & M & has only one or two programs on their leased access channel.

I know what E & M is, but do we have rights to leased access and if we do where can I get information about our rights
Where can I get Errors and Omissions Insurance?
What is the price range?

Thanks
SJ

Hartford sells the line

From what I remember who ever underwrites your E&O policy will ask you for your "Rights Book" which will include all your clearance information for any piece in the production or video, songs, music in background, people, etc..etc..
