Expanding our business?

A question for you gurus…
We have recently had a tenant move out of our building (we own it) and
this amounts to about 1600 additional space available to rent or use.
We have a long established (23 years) video production company. Ten
years ago we added video duplication to our mix and now do a reasonable
amount of work in that area.
I am thinking about the possibility of expanding into CD DVD and larger
Video duplication efforts and wonder about the feasibility of this.
Also..what about WEB and internet services...seems like a natural..
Do any of you offer these services on a larger basis in-house? I wonder
about the sources for equipment (primarily CDR and DVD) as well as some
marketing or business ideas.
I wonder what the most viable idea would be for this space
Any takers?
