Filming at a NightClub? Example of Public posting? Can't Post

Anyone have an example of what I would need to post if I am going to be doing (taking) a video at a public nightclub (run by me, owned by the clubs owner)? The film is going to be used in an Instructional Dance Video! If I need further releases from anyone whom I film - can someone point me to an example?

Post a simple notice that states that there will be cameras filming on the premises from the hours of X to X. Also state what the film will be used for. End with a "thank you" and a statement that apologises for any inconvience. Make sure you put several copies around the club where they cannot be missed by patrons. Most people will be excited about the prospect of being on camera. You may get one or two people that will ask you not to film them. You really should have releases from anyone who is featured, but as long as your notices are displayed prominatly and you have proof that they were displayed where people couldn't miss them, then you should be covered.
