How much do you charge for the original footage? Can't Post

When doing event video, how much do you charge a client who wants a dub of the original footage?
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim,
Any footage you shoot for a client is their own.
This is what they have paid for,
if in fact they did pay you to shoot the event.
If they did not pay you for additional footage, I have charged as much as
750.00 but this was pretty technical stuff and it was cheaper to buy my extra footage
than re hire me to to get this later.
It really a crap shoot if they even want it. I shot some footage from an auto event
it was great stuff but they really did not want it.
But, it looks good on my reel.
good luck, jes
