How much to Pay for Video sub-contractors! Can't Post

I when the wedding season arrives I may need a few subcontractors, but I really don't know the going rate.
1. Need someone with there own camera to take the lead on a two-camera shoot.
2. Need someone to be a second shooter on my PD150 equipment.
I'm expecting to pay full day and half day rates depending on the shoot. How much should I pay?

I should add that I'm operating in the New York, New Jersey Metro Area.
