How much to charge for filming and editing of seminar????? Can't Post

I need some advice and thought someone would be able to help on this forum.
I filmed and edited a seminar for a national insurance company and was
wondering what kind of rates to charge. I spent 2 hours setting up, filming,
and shutting down. I then edited the final 20 minute program with graphics
throughout and gave the client 15 copies. I would say that I spent about 5 to 6
hours editing and creating graphics. By the way, this was also something they
needed in 2 days so it was a rush job.
On location I used my XL1-S and also a wireless mic for audio and then edited
the final program using Final Cut Pro and After Effects for graphics.
If someone could give me an idea of what to charge I would really appreciate it.
I have experience in most aspects of this business so its not like I'm just a
hobbyist they asked to tape something. Its just this is the first time I have done
a job of this nature and for a company of this size.
Thanks to everyone in advance for their help.

Michael,

Here are some prices given to us by a local production company with similar equipment.
On location shooing:
$250 / first hour
$75 / additional hour
(2 hours total...set-up, shoot, tear down...equals $325)
Editing:
non-linear = $150 / hour
(6 hours equals $900)
Duplication:
Our duplication to vhs for 15 X 20 minute dups is $5.57 each (including sleeve and label).
(15 X $5.57 equals $83.55)
Total for production, non-linear editing, and 15 vhs dubs is $1308.55.
Like I said, these are prices given to us by a local production company that uses similar equipment.
Hope this helps.
Jason

Mike-
How did you get to the point of shooting and editing without an agreement as to what the cost would be?! That's a VERY dangerous practice to get yourself into.
Always discuss rates up front, and get a deposit if you can.
As far as what to charge, it depends on the market your're in, and the quality of your work. I would say for a shoot like this, I would charge $500-$600. For the edit another $750. I think $1300 to $1500 would be about right in my market.
