Legal video work	Can't Post

Perhaps this has been discussed before, but I am interested in finding out:
(1) Is any type of certification required in order to provide video services for law firms, such as depositions, etc.?
(2) If the answer to above is "yes," how/where does one go about becoming certified.
Always willing to explore other sources of income that are related to my video business!
Would prefer responses by email - I can't follow all these discussion groups with regularity.

Certification is not required, but it's a nice thing to be able to put in your ad.
You DO need to know the requirements for your particular state. They vary. It also pays to be on good terms with local court reporters, since video competes with them in some respects.
