NTSC to PAL Can't Post

I am working on a family vacation video. When I am done I would like to send it to some people but where they live the PAL system is used. At fist I was going to make a high quality mpeg and then put it on a cd but I think an actual VHS tape would be better. Does anyone know how much it would cost to convert about a 40min tape NTSC tape to PAL, provided a company would be wiling to only do probably 1-3 tapes

I can convert your NTSC tapes to PAL tapes. I shall take #20.00
for each two hours VHS tape. If interested let me know
