NTSC to PAL dubbing	Can't Post

I am trying to find a way to cost effectively convert a video training product from NTSC to PAL in small quantities (for now). Does anyone know where i might find someone who can dub from a S-VHS master to PAL copies?

Are you looking for VHS PAL tapes? We can duplicate from SVHS NTSC to VHS PAL.
