Panasonic Gs70 ????	Can't Post

I'm new into this video business....i have been researching about buying a minidvs for starters..in some reviews some recommended Panasonic gs70 and others sony trv22...their main concern about the panasonic was the poor image stability and poor nightshot...as for the sony it did n't have 3ccd..I have bought adobe premeire for editing....
I would like to have my own company in the long run,which one do you think is the best..And if you know any other better one for starters less than Ł1000 which one is that?//
