Percentage of sales on video?	Can't Post

Hello all:
I am producing a video for a motorcycle club as a favor for a friend. They have litte money, and I agreed to a small upfront fee and to an undecided percentage of the revenue created from sales of the video. My question: What is a normal percentage to get on sales of a video in a deal like this? 10% 25%???

any percentage of nothing is 0. Get your regular hourly or day rate and leave it at that.
